If you have questions about size, weave, etc. please email us with your questions before purchasing.

Since loofahs are a personal skin care product, we cannot offer full refunds for product returns. We can, however exchange unused product for a different size. If you were sent the wrong product, please let us know - we'll send you the right stuff! Please email us for product return requests.
